On Tuesday August 23rd 2016 at 13:42, a cable break caused increased latency and packet loss for approximately 5-10 seconds whilst traffic was automatically rerouted via alternative connections. To allow our network operations team to bring this connection back into service, an at risk notification has been raised due to the nature of the work being carried out. Whilst we expect no disruption whilst this session is brought back online, some customers may experience periods of increased latency, packet loss and/or an intermittent loss of internet connectivity.
